  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents (Aged 18 or over) employed by public sector organisations. The prize winner must be employed by the same organisation that they were employed by when they entered the competition to receive the prize. They also must not have resigned or be subject to any disciplinary procedures. The entrant must be employed by one of the following types of organisation:
    1.1 Healthcare organisations | 1.2 Education establishments | 1.3 Local authorities | 1.4 Government subsidiaries

2. The establishments that will constitute acceptable nominations will be determined by the Promoter at its discretion.

3. All entries must be submitted online by submitting the online entry form provided on www.idns.co.uk and only one entry per person per establishment is permitted.  For the avoidance of doubt, the first entry received in relation to an establishment shall be the only entry accepted in relation to such establishment; all subsequent entries received in relation to such establishment will not be accepted by the Promoter and will not be included within the prize draw. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk or incomplete.

4. The opening date for entries is 11:00 on 14 September 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 31 January 2024 (Closing Time).  Entries received after this time will not be accepted into the prize draw. Entries cannot be returned.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, systems, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The Promoter will not accept proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.

6. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Time.

7. The following prize will be awarded to the prize winner: The ability to design their own excursion, up to the value of £5000. Inspiration and suggestions will be provided to the winner once chosen e.g. festival tickets, sports events tickets, weekend getaways and more. The winner will also be able to bring along three other guests of their choosing.

8. The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 5 day of the Closing Time. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 28 days of being notified by the Promoter, then that winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.  The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if winners are unable to, or do not, take up their prize.

9. The prize is for the winner as stated in these terms and conditions, it is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails info@idns.co.uk or writes to IDNS 1B Springfield Court, Summerfield Road, Bolton, BL3 2NT (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 28 days after the Closing Time. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at IDNS 1B Springfield Court, Summerfield Road, Bolton, BL3 2NT. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

11. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails info@idns.co.uk or writes to IDNS 1B Springfield Court, Summerfield Road, Bolton, BL3 2NT (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 28 days after the Closing Time. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at IDNS 1B Springfield Court, Summerfield Road, Bolton, BL3 2NT. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. Please see www.idns.co.uk for a copy of these prize draw terms and conditions, which will be available throughout the prize draw promotion period.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to any event beyond the Promoter’s control.  Any consequential changes to these terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon publication on www.idns.co.uk. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up their prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.idns.co.uk and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in your prize draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

16. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw promotion period will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy available at https://idns.co.uk/privacy-policy/. See also condition 11 with regard to the announcement of the winner.

17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

18. The Promoter of this prize draw is Information and Data Networks Supplies Limited of 1B Springfield Court, Summerfield Road, Bolton, Lancs BL3 2NT (company number 02248449).
