We’ve got big plans for 2023!

New Year, new starters. We’ve added to our ever-growing team of skilled workers to support our growth plans for 2023.

In the last quarter of 2022, we welcomed three new Account Managers in Simon Dootson, Mike Wild and Adam Desai. All three have been settling into their roles and have been ramping up their customer engagement as we kick off 2023.

During the same period, we also brought in another experienced Technology Consultant, James Morgan. James is based in South Wales where we have been working on some of our most innovative and pioneering solutions.

With multiple years of experience in the industry, James has been wasting no time engaging with our customers. James couldn’t resist joining our team as he said “I love the drive of IDNS to help public sector organisations through the use of new and exciting technologies.”

The turn of the year was closely followed by yet further new faces in the office. Adam Al-Zohbi, Jakub Mielczarek and Hammad Zafar have all begun their journey with us focusing on our cloud software solutions for education.

Our relationship with Netcom Training and their cyber security courses led to our new arrivals in 2023. Netcom were previously awarded funding by Greater Manchester Combined Authority to deliver bespoke training courses in the city-region. Offering part and fully-funded training courses to adults over the age of 19, the cyber security trainees were of particular interest to us to support our growth with our software solutions.

We’ve worked very hard to provide a comprehensive onboarding process for every new employee. Each new team member receives training and inductions in all areas of our organisation. It’s paramount to us that new starters feel confident and settled into their new role within the IDNS family.

These new faces will help deliver the big plans we have for 2023. Through the delivery of sustainable technology solutions, we’ll be providing efficiencies and improved outcomes right across the public sector.
